With over 15 years of leadership as the Office Manager and Managing Broker of the Plymouth Office at Badger Peabody & Smith, I bring a wealth of experience, deep industry knowledge, and a proven track record of success to every client interaction. Now, I’m returning to my roots, working directly with buyers and sellers as a dedicated real estate agent, based out of my home office on the beautiful shores of Squam Lake in Holderness.

My journey into real estate began in 2008, after I retired from a fulfilling career in education. Since then, I’ve spent nearly two decades immersed in the Lakes and Mountains Region real estate market, helping clients navigate transactions with confidence and care. Having lived in this area for over 40 years, I offer unmatched local insight and a genuine passion for the communities I serve.

Before real estate, I taught Health and Physical Education and coached Track & Field and Field Hockey at both middle and high school levels. My husband, Jeff, and I raised our two children in Plymouth, where I was actively involved in community service as a Commissioner for Plymouth Parks and Recreation, a board member for Habitat for Humanity, and a mentor through the Circle Program.

I’m also a longtime member of the Waterville Valley ski community, now a proud grandmother of two young skiers who carry on the family tradition at WVBBTS. By living between the two beautiful lakes, Lake Winona and Lake Winnipesaukee, I continue to give back as a Steward for the Squam Lakes Conservation Society, monitoring conserved land parcels to help protect our region’s natural beauty. I have, along with other members of the Holderness office, adopted the Undercut Trail for twice-yearly upkeep. Look for me and my Chocolate Lab, Eddie on the trails around Squam Lake or at the beautiful trails at Castle in the Clouds in Moultonborough.
